What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted on all fishing tackle--no questions asked--within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us before returning perishable live bait.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

We currently ship to the continental  United States and Alaska only.  Hawaii, Canada and US Territories have very strict regulations on importing non-native species which makes it cost prohibitive for most individuals to purchase live bait.  We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

How are your prices so inexpensive?

We have been in the Wholesale and Direct to Consumer bait business for over 30 years.  We catch, raise or pick our own live bait whenever possible or we work directly with those who do.  No middleman means more savings for you.  Plus we bring in fresh bait weekly to prevent loss and to offer the best product for our customers.


I am going fishing next month, when should I order?

We recommend you order 7-10 days before your trip.  We ship Live Bait everywhere Monday - Wednesday.  We ship on Thursdays only to areas within 2 day service area using USPS Priority Mail from Marblehead, OH.


When will you ship my order?

We always strive to ship your order the same day it is placed.  We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS and typical shipping takes 2-3 days.  We ship Live Bait everywhere Monday - Wednesday.  We ship on Thursdays only to areas within 2 day service area using USPS Priority Mail from Marblehead, OH. Live bait orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped the next Monday. We stock 99.9% of our items year round.

 

 


I got my bait but it is dead?

We are very sorry for inconvenience that dead bait has caused.  Shipping perishable bait can be a tricky business.  Contact us within 24 hrs. of receiving your live bait and we can either refund your shipment or reship your order.  Additional freight charges may apply for re-shipments.  We ship bait the fastest and most economical way when possible.  Please make arrangements to be home when bait arrives or ask for us to hold at post office when possible.


Can I get a better price?

If you are buying multiple items or looking for a larger quantitiy a lower price may be available. Prices are calculated with shipping included but when you purchase multiple items we may be able to combine shipping on some items.  Please call us at 419-656-4921 to ask about larger quantity orders.


I got my live bait and it looks great, how do I keep it that way?

We are so happy you are pleased with your purchase.  We have a live bait care section on the website that explains caring for your live bait.  We also mail a bait care sheet with all live bait purchases.  Additional bedding and feed is also available to purchase online as well.
